Here at Coincover, we are creating products that safeguard the Blockchain and Digital Assets, providing organisations and individuals safety and security in the form of Disaster Recovery Solutions through to broader, more complex Risk Management solutions.

As part of our evolved Go-To-Market Strategy, we have a new role that has opened that will help support and coordinate our Demand Generation Activities and require a Growth Marketing Manager who can provide thought leadership as well as hands on delivery of our Growth strategy.

This role is crucial for driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and demand generation initiatives. You will have extensive experience in marketing automation, demand generation, and B2B marketing. Proficiency with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce is essential

Responsibilities – I want to and can do that!

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that drive demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Identify target markets and key customer segments to focus marketing efforts.
  • Own and report on key Demand Generation metrics making recommendations for continuous improvement based on your insights and analysis
  • Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline growth.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation processes and workflows using HubSpot.
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness and impact of campaigns.

    Who are we looking for?

    We want someone who has knowledge and knowhow of building innovative B2B marketing campaigns – someone who can leverage the CRM tools we have (HubSpot/Salesforce) and lead automation in the form of lead scoring.

    This is a blank canvass and a wonderful opportunity for someone who has worked in a start up / scale up / hypergrowth organisation previously and can bring about positive change and outcomes to how we position our solutions to the industry.

    Technical CRM skills / prior coding experience would certainly be welcome, but the key aspect here is to develop targeted marketing programs to engage B2B audiences, generate qualified leads, create compelling content and messaging tailored to various stages of the buyer’s journey and act as a partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and goals.
