As a Solutions Engineer, you will support our commercial teams by acting as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for our products during the Pre-Sales phase. You will take ownership of the solutions design phase, leading technical discovery calls and mapping out the most efficient integration path with our customers and partners, ensuring alignment with our technical capabilities. Additionally, you will oversee a smooth integration delivery through to go-live.

In this role, you will also serve as an internal customer with the commercial teams, acting as a control gate for deals. You will determine whether deals should proceed or be moved to our Product function for further discovery if they don't align with our existing capabilities.

You will manage integrations with some of the world's leading cryptocurrency wallet providers, infrastructure providers, exchanges, and traditional finance (tradfi) businesses.

Responsibilities – I want to and can do that!

      • Join the sales team on calls with potential partners to understand their needs and explain technical integration requirements.
      • Act as a technical advisor and product expert, analysing customer requirements, providing solutions and answers to technical questions.
      • Act as the technical expert for the company's products and the liaison between the customer and the company's product and engineering team.
      • Project manage integrations with customers to ensure deployment within agreed timelines.
      • Work with the product team on product iterations and feedback customer experiences to help influence new product builds.
      • Build technical documentation for customers and integrations.

    Requirements – I've already done that or have that!

      • Being highly passionate about Crypto and the Digital Assets space is a MUST.
      • Start-up experience preferred, or if only at big companies, experience working on newer products vs. established tech.
      • Significant experience as a customer facing Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant or similar at a B2B SaaS organisation, possessing excellent communication skills along with a strong commercial acumen.
      • Significant technical experience in designing and delivering technical integrations.
      • Hands-on experience testing APIs / SDK’s, querying databases, designing flow diagrams, and using various developer tooling such as command line and docker.
      • Ability to meet scheduled deliverables and commitments while juggling multiple projects and tasks.
      • Ability to explain complex technical subject matter to a diverse audience.

    Extra Mile – knock our socks off!

    • Experience in the Crypto / Digital Asset space is highly desirable, especially experience relating to cryptographic keys and encryption.
    • Experience in working with complex products in a regulated environment, such as financial services.
    • Experience with B2B2C / Consumer facing products is highly desirable.
